In the past week, the geek press has been abuzz with McDonald’s rather creative new pilot program: offering an hour of free in-restaurant Wi-Fi internet access to anyone purchasing a value meal. To my delight, I’ve just discovered that the McDonald’s up the block is one of the ten selected for the pilot. Stay tuned for some from the trenches booths reporting within the next couple of days.
